Singapore Garden Festival (SGF)
30 July - 9 August
Returning after four years, SGF offers a new free-to-attend format but two new locations right in the heart of Singapore – ION Orchard and Ngee Ann City. Along with displays at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, visitors are promised a visual feast to be enthralled by and be one with nature.
This year’s event sees the return of many familiar competitive elements such as the Orchid Competition, Edibles Competition and Singapore Gardeners’ Cup and the crowd favourite, Show Garden Competition. Three award-winning international designers Tony Alexander Woods (UK), Pierre-Alexandre Risser (France), and Christian Troy Jenkins (Australia) will be competing for the first time at SGF together with Eliam Eng and Andy Eng, Henry Steed and B Gurumurthy.
Other highlights include the Floral Competitions and Floral Installation Displays, Landscape Design Challenge, and the ever-so-popular MarketPlace in which visitors can get their hands on gardening and landscape products, plants, and arts and crafts.
The Festival runs from late July to early August and will open from 10am-10pm at Orchard Road and from 30 July to 9 August, from 8.30am-7pm at Singapore Botanic Gardens.
