Remembering and Restoring: Songwriting to Support the Grief Journey | Tapestries of Grief 2022 by Montfort Care (Grief Matters)
13 August @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The journey with grief sometimes moves from having difficult emotions to building inner resilience, from remembering the ones we grieve to looking ahead at the life we still have. Songwriting can be a way to express and process our experiences of grief, to remember the ones we have lost, and to take steps towards restoring our lives ahead.
Come take this time to remember and to restore, as you experience a group songwriting process guided by music therapists. All who have experienced the loss of someone dear are welcome. The workshop will be conducted in English.
