Journeying through the Pandemic using Art & Music | Tapestries of Grief 2022 by Montfort Care (Grief Matters)
27 August @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
This session offers both art and music experiences, in hopes that the audience can gain awareness in how to better shape their art selection in the grieving process, for both self-care and also to express their feelings.
Music and art is both highly personal and also has intrinsic properties that influence us subconsciously. This experiential workshop will delve into the mechanisms of how the expressive arts affects us in our mood.
