Damien turned to meditation five years ago in response to excessive stress in both work and life more generally. After developing a daily meditation practice and seeing significant personal change, and wanting to bring the benefits of mindfulness to others, Damien became a qualified mindfulness teacher. Damien established Re:mind Wellbeing in 2020, and he teaches the 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, the 6- and 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) programs, and a 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness program.
