Cointreau Lychee Margarita Recipe

Frozen Lychee Margarita recipe

Ingredients

• 30ml Cointreau
• 30ml Espolòn Tequila Blanco
• 30ml homemade lychee puree
• 30ml simple syrup

Instructions

1. Sugar rim a margarita glass.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Add a scoop of ice and blend.
4. Pour blended concoction into sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a lychee fruit skewered on a stick.
