Wondering what to eat at Sentosa when you’re there? Head to Gourmet Park Resorts World Sentosa, located on The Bull Ring level of RWS. There’s plenty of good food in Singapore, but the difference here is that it’s all in a family-friendly alfresco setting. And with 17 food trucks and containers, it’s the largest food truck and container park in the country!
According to KEN LEE, the co-founder of Food Truck Nation, “Gourmet Park Resorts World Sentosa is a very unique experience. It has some of the prettiest food trucks. There’s cool vibes and great music, and the curation of award-winning chefs and some of the top local brands means there’s something for everyone.”
What to eat at Sentosa Gourmet Park
There’s something for families, a group of friends or even a date night with a difference at Gourmet Park Resorts World Sentosa. Here are some suggestions of what to eat when you’re there.
# Planet-conscious bites
The queues at The Goodburger are consistently long at festivals – and that’s because it’s one of Singapore’s best burgers, which also happens to be plant-based. At Lavi Taco, they have plant-based options in addition to classic offerings featuring traditional Mexican flavours with a contemporary twist.
# Refreshments and sweet treats at Gourmet Park
Parched after a day of sea and sun at Sentosa? Grab a beer, wine or refreshing cocktails at Oasis Bar, or all-natural fruit juices and plant-based smoothies from Jamba Juice, a California favourite since 1990. For something creamier, there’s animal-free, lactose free and vegan-friendly ice-cream in creative flavours from Coolhaus, the cult ice cream brand from LA.
# Asian flavours
Get your chilli crab fix with Blue Lotus’s signature chilli pomelo crab – The Straits Times named it “King of Chilli Crab” for its innovative take on a local favourite. Give the nasi lemak at Dickson Nasi Lemak try to see why they’ve been rated one of the best in Malaysia. Meanwhile, at The Kathi Roll Co. by Chef Vikramjit Roy, Indian street food is given a moreish take through robustly flavoured wraps, rolls and bowls. For Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours, the doner kebabs and shawarmas at Beirut Express will hit the spot.
# Surf and turf
The seafood offerings at Seafood Bar by Bleu include a winning serve of gourmet fish and chips. Or opt for the smoked beef brisket fro Blue Smoke by Chef Ivan Yeo, World Gourmet Awards’ Asian Cuisine Chef 2020 winner.
# Family pleasers
Everyone can choose their own pizza flavour from Quattro Pizza. These artisanal Neapolitan pizzas by the slice use premium Italian flours fermented for over 48 hours.
Elsewhere, the gourmet fried chicken by Two Island Fried Chicken comes in international flavours. And, with a cheeky name like Spank My Dough, adults and children alike will have fun biting into these Insta-famous artisanal doughnuts and bombolinis that are handmade in small batches daily.
