A guide to serviced apartments

4th December 2019 by Kel Flanders 10 Min Read

Gorgeous places to stay… If you’re hunting for the perfect serviced apartment in Singapore, you’ve landed on the right page.

You might be a business traveller who needs more flexibility than you’d get with a hotel room, or perhaps you’re newly arrived and need a place to stay while looking for a permanent home. We’ve rounded up some short- and long-term apartments for all types of expats, from solo businessmen to families arriving with heaps of bags, kids and pets.

Frasers Hospitality has six properties in central Singapore, four of which are serviced apartments. They all provide a home away from home and access to some of the best food, drink, entertainment and shopping the island offers.

Fraser Suites Singapore is located near the hip Tiong Bahru area. Choose from one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments, or three- and four-bedroom penthouses. All units come with kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi and home entertainment systems. Kids can head to the indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and very little ones can take a dip in the wading pool.

Or maybe you’d prefer the chic, vibrant, Mediterranean-styled serviced apartments at Fraser Place Robertson Walk? With one-bedroom apartments, and two- and three-bedroom maisonettes, all are kept spick and span with daily housekeeping services.

Right in the heart of the city, Fraser Residence Singapore offers one- to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Exquisitely furnished but minimally designed (think Herman Miller/Andreu World chairs, Artemide lighting and Bose sound systems), this property suits both families and professionals.

The 115 fully-furnished gold-standard serviced apartments at Fraser Residence Orchard offer spacious living spaces as well as balconies with a view. There’s plenty of entertainment for kids, with a wading pool, playground and even a babysitter, if you feel like hitting the town.
