Which serviced apartments in Singapore are for you?

18th June 2022 by Dinesh Ajith 10 Min Read

https://expatliving.sg/guide-to-serviced-apartments-in-singapore-gorgeous-places-to-stay-on-the-island/

Here’s some help with finding the perfect serviced apartment in Singapore for you. If you’re here for business, serviced apartments can give you more room than you’d have at a hotel. As a newly arrived expat, short-term accommodation is helpful while you’re house hunting – plus, you can always extend. It’s better not to sign that rental lease until you’re happy with your choice! We’ve rounded up a couple of short-term accommodation options (longer if needed) for all types of expats, from solo businessmen to families arriving with heaps of bags, kids and pets! Here goes!

Far East Hospitality – All sizes of serviced apartments in Singapore

If you’re looking for serviced apartments in Singapore, check out these great properties managed by Far East Hospitality. There are nine spots around town, with handy amenities and facilities for a comfortable stay. They include a well-equipped kitchen, housekeeping and laundry services, 24-hour front desk, swimming pools, playgrounds, gyms and barbecue areas, just to name a few. All have a six-night minimum stay (except Far East Plaza Residences and Village Residence West Coast, where the minimum stay is three months).

Minutes from Newton MRT, Orchard Scotts Residences has one- to four-bedroom units to pick from. Other good options close by are Orchard Parksuites (one- to four-bedrooms) and Far East Plaza Residences (two-, three- and four-bedrooms), which are walking distance to popular shopping malls along Orchard Road. Located above Far East Plaza Shopping Centre, Far East Plaza Residences’ four-bedroom penthouse apartments even come with private pools (the kids will love that)!

There’s also Regency House along Penang Road. It’s recently renovated and there are various apartment options, from cosy studios up to three-bedroom units. And over by the Singapore River, stay at either Village Residence Clarke Quay (one- to three-bedrooms) or Village Residence Robertson Quay (studios to three-bedrooms). It’s a lovely neighbourhood and great for those who enjoy the nightlife and dining scene.

Outside the city centre, take your pick from Village Residence Hougang, Village Residence West Coast and Oasia Residence. The Hougang and West Coast properties are not only family friendly (swimming pools, tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, you name it) but also right above shopping malls – talk about convenience! What’s more, all properties come with utilities and wi-fi all set up so that’s another two things that you won’t need to settle.

How much?
Rental rates in Orchard start from $4,500. For long stays, enjoy 35% off!
