Sikhs in Singapore – A Story Untold Special Exhibition

Gain insights into Singapore’s Sikh community at the Indian Heritage Centre in this first-ever exhibition dedicated to Sikh heritage. There are more than 450 artefacts on display, from 50 local and International private collections, institutional collections of 17 Sikh organisations, and the National collection.
Visitors can explore the origins of Sikhs in Singapore, from their arrival in the late 19th century from the Punjab region in India. There are also stories of migrants in Singapore and experiences of Sikhs today. This is testament to the community’s changing identity and contributions to the nation.
