In this insightful talk, we’ll explore the psychological side of moving countries, from preparing emotionally to navigating change, loss and new beginnings. Through the perspective of two psychologists from International Medical Clinic, you’ll gain practical, real-world strategies to support wellbeing at every stage – managing uncertainty and anxiety, building resilience, helping children through transitions, creating meaningful closure, and finding a true sense of belonging in a new place.

Whether you’re moving or supporting someone who is, this session will give you the tools and perspective to handle it with confidence and clarity.
