New dresses & women’s suits from Juliette C!

Love Juliette C’s French-chic styles? The homegrown fashion brand has just launched its spring/summer 2025 collection at its Tanglin Mall boutique (and online!) featuring wardrobe staples like casual dresses and cool women’s suits – all with a distinctly Parisian flair. We catch up with founder JULIETTE CAPILLAIRE to chat all about it!

What inspired the spring/summer 2025 collection?

The new collection is called Corals, a nod to the warmth of spring and summer. It features chic everyday essentials like casual dresses and breezy jumpsuits in our fresh exclusive print in red and earthy sand shades, inspired by the beauty of corals. Each piece evokes a summery feeling yet is still chic enough for springtime in the city.

You’ll also find in the collection very feminine women’s suits in rustic monochromes crafted from soft, lightweight cotton: a jacket and trousers set for weekdays, and a vest and shorts combo perfect for weekends. These piece complement each other, so you can mix and match for a variety of occasions. It’s all about effortless dressing with a Parisian flair!

We’re loving these chic suit pieces and casual dresses. Any personal favourites from the collection?

The Corals collection is all about versatility. Whether you’re out about town, enjoying a casual weekend away or even lounging on holiday, these fashion pieces are designed to be worn across relaxed or more formal occasions – but always with that French chic. My personal favourite piece is the playsuit!

Any tips on styling these pieces?

The women’s suits, which were created to match my new coral print, are classic enough to be styled with any printed pieces or casual dresses you may already own. You can also mix and match the suit separates with your classic staples – perfect for adding a little spice to your look.

What has been inspiring or exciting you lately?

I’m really happy about the new chapter for Juliette C with the opening of our boutique in Tanglin Mall last August. The space has such a warm and cosy vibe and it’s in a great location in the heart of Singapore. It feels like the perfect place to welcome my clients and showcase the collections.

Now that you’re based in Shanghai, what do you enjoy doing when you visit Singapore?

I definitely love the warm weather in Singapore, especially when it’s winter in Shanghai. I’m also always curious about new experiences, whether it’s a restaurant, a café or an exciting new concept. On my last trip, I visited the New Bahru concept, and I loved the atmosphere and all of the cafés there!
