Pan Pacific Singapore is set to impress this festive season! Christmas meals at the hotel include the Premium Christmas Bundle ($570) featuring traditional roast turkey, slow-cooked Kurobuta pork belly and Australian ribeye beef, as well as a new log cake with pink guava and strawberry. Shahi Maharani North Indian Restaurant
Shahi Maharani’s spicy Christmas delicacies are back! Reimagined with an Indian twist, the tandoori roast turkey or chicken is marinated overnight and prepared with yoghurt, a special spice blend of fenugreek, cinnamon, fennel seeds, coriander, rose water and mint leaves, before being roasted in a tandoor oven. The dish is accompanied by a choice of homemade makhni (creamy tomato sauce) or mint yogurt sauce. Another version of the dish comes stuffed with minced meat biryani that has been slow-cooked inside the bird.
