The super-high eating spot offers a 180 degree view of the island while protecting you from Mother Nature. With a brilliant menu, window seats and the tallest view of them all, an evening at 1-Altitude is the stuff over-dramatic proposals were made of.

This incredibly chic new penthouse lounge has an outdoor terrace with a great view of the Marina Bay. Watch the fanfare while sipping on cool cocktails and showing off some fancy footwork to fidgety commercial house and electro mash-ups.

This edgy Japanese bar and restaurant is a good night out at the best of times, so make the most of their rooftop view of the bay and throw some fireworks into the mix.

There’s a strong chance that you’ve never trotted along to this awesome rooftop bar at the top of Esplanade Theatres as it’s not one of the ‘biggies’, but it offers an amazing view of Marina Bay. The Outdoor Theatre at the Esplanade will be hosting live performances across a multitude of genres each weekend. It’s also a great spot to catch the fireworks next to the water (if you can get close enough!).

Gardens by the Bay

While you might be a little away from the Marina Bay water display, taking a picnic blanket and bottle of wine to the Gardens By The Bay for the air show and fireworks is a jolly nice idea.
109 Mount Faber Road
If you’re keen to stay away from the crowds and catch the fireworks from a distance, you can hike (or cab!) to the top of Mount Faber, which sits 105 meters above sea level and looks across the city. There are a few bars up there, so settle in with a vino and enjoy the show.
