Beauty buffs rejoice – Prada Beauty has opened its first standalone flagship boutique in Singapore at Raffles City Shopping Centre. Expect beauty, design and technology to meet in the futuristic, minty greenhued space that reflects Prada’s modern approach to self-expression and personal style.
Shoppers will find the brand’s full range of fragrance and makeup products, including the popular Prada Reveal Mesh Cushion, the Pradascope Mascara, the Banana Yellow Prada Balm, and Prada The Hand Cream.
East Meets West in Scent
Italian luxury brand Bulgari has introduced the Eau Parfumée Thé Impérial, a new fragrance inspired by the meeting of Chinese tea culture and Italian citrus traditions. Originally created in 2017 by perfumer Jacques Cavallier for guests at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, the scent joins the Eau Parfumée collection in 2026. The fragrance combines black tea extract with notes of lemon, mandarin and bergamot for a fresh yet calming scent.
With ingredients sourced from nature and packaging influenced by Roman and Chinese design, the launch reflects the connection between East and West through fragrance and daily bath rituals.
Skin Recovery Overnight
Shiseido has introduced the Future Solution LX Total Regenerating Cream Soft, a lightweight night cream to hydrate the skin and support overnight recovery. Launched in 2024 as part of the Future Solution LX range, the cream features the new HydroEssence System and LonGenevity Complex technology, developed through decades of skincare research.
The formula contains kanten capsules derived from algae that helps improve moisture retention, skin firmness and radiance. Consumer tests also reported visible improvements in pores, wrinkles and skin texture after continued use. The cream is now available at Shiseido boutiques and counters across Singapore.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
The answer is yes, if you’ve been to the gym or your hair is quite oily. We don’t need the hair to be super clean, but it also shouldn’t be too dirty as we have to work colour through it.
What if I hate my hair?
Always communicate at the start what you like and don’t like – then hopefully you’ll never hate your hair! If you don’t feel the stylist is understanding you, I wouldn’t get your hair cut there. I always believe that with great communication comes great hair, but always be honest as we prefer to make you happy.
Do expensive products work?
Yes, 100 percent. There are important ingredients in professional shampoos and conditioners that supermarket brands don’t have to keep the colour safe and the hair in great condition. Is small talk expected? All we want is a great consultation so we know exactly what you like and don’t like. After that, we’re more than happy to focus on our work. I’m the one who loves a chat, but I totally get it if you don’t!
What do stylists wish clients knew?
Hair has gotten more expensive as the services and the work that goes into creating the new looks take time. Instagram and social media have changed the way we do hair for sure. All the stylists I work with don’t do hairdressing for money. Making you feel good and happy is why we love our jobs.

And then, of course, follow up with moisturisers or oils on top to prevent water loss. I’ve seen a huge improvement in all of these after just a month of use. I also like that it’s alcohol-free, unscented and free of parabens.”
