#2 Refined afternoon tea

Afternoon tea in Marina Bay is also getting a refresh, with The Ritz Lounge’s seasonal-themed afternoon tea. It’s served daily (from 3pm to 5pm), beneath a mother-of-pearl skylight, with a live pianist setting the tone. From $68 per person, it works just as well for a midweek catch-up as it does for a birthday, a celebration or time with visiting family.

#3 Three-course set menu for lunch and dinner

For those who prefer a defined Marina Bay dining format, the three-course set menu at The Ritz Lounge offers a lovely way to enjoy lunch or dinner. Priced at $48, it includes a choice of appetiser, main and dessert, making it well suited to business meetings, long lunches or relaxed evenings.
