The Little Farms Easter Platter
Easter weekend is often about gathering around the table eating delicious food, and Little Farms has put together a shareable platter to suit the occasion. Available from 3 to 5 April across all Little Farms restaurant locations, the Easter Platter serves two and focuses on responsibly-sourced ingredients – equally suited to a fresh Green Juice or an Aperol Spritz.
At the centre is a Roaring Forties lamb shoulder rack, marinated with rosemary and garlic and served with house-made tzatziki. Sourced from the temperate coastal regions of Southern Victoria and Tasmania, the lamb is known for its tenderness and depth of flavour. Alongside it is Bostock Brothers’ chicken leg, marinated with lemon and thyme and finished with pan gravy – organic, free-range and ethically raised.
Roasted green beans and carrots and triple-cooked baby potatoes round out the platter, with Starter Lab sourdough hot cross buns also available.
