Your Lovescopes 2021!

1st February 2021 by Expat Living 6 Min Read

https://expatliving.sg/lovescopes-2021-love-horoscopes/

Taking this month’s Valentine’s Day celebrations as a cue, we asked our regular forecaster Sharan to let us know how we’ll all fare with romance, relationships and compatibility in 2021.

SHARAN@TAROTBYSHARAN.COM | TAROTBYSHARAN.COM

love horoscopes 2021

Aries (21 Mar – 19 Apr)

Love and life feel like they’re in celebratory mode this year. If you’re in a relationship, you’ll be in the best year of your marriage or partnership. There is balance and calm within the relationship, and you or your partner may indulge one another with lavish gifts and experiences to show your appreciation for one another. Mind you, it’s not all about expensive gifts; sometimes giving the gift of time and space may be just the thing to nurture your relationship this year. If you’re on the hunt for love, then you may need to seek it in a way you would not normally do. Joining an online community of like-minded individuals may help, or picking up a new hobby. The key is to put yourself in unusual circumstances or try something that’s a bit off the beaten path for you.

Gemini (21 May – 20 Jun)

The biggest lessons you can take from this year are to be patient and to be kind to yourself. You haven’t had a string of great relationships in the past and this has left you feeling rather vulnerable in the trust department. If someone is being genuine to you, you may find it hard to accept the sincerity of that person. The good news is, things are about to change. This may be the year where you decide to take control of your issues and begin to open up and face your fears and embark on a journey of self-healing. The result will be a more confident you, one who is able to enjoy being in a relationship or who can find a relationship where you can be at ease and not try to build walls.

Taurus (20 Apr – 20 May)

You can’t always be in control or be on top of everything when it comes to relationships this year. You’ll find yourself feeling worn out if you constantly try to keep up appearances. To ease the pressure on your relationships in 2021, begin to learn to let go and give space. Learn to trust that things will still be okay, even though you’re not putting on your best act. Relax and be yourself. If you wish to have a “duvet day”, just do it. Also, your partner isn’t going to love you any less if you break wind once in a while! (Lol!) This will apply to those looking for love as well; the best advice is to be yourself and don’t try to appear like you’ve got it all together – that’s a sure recipe for a breakdown.

Cancer (21 Jun – 22 Jul)

There will be shifts and changes in relationships this year for Cancer. You may be in the throes of healing from a past deception or betrayal, or you may be in the midst of trying to gain a different perspective around the state of your current relationship. Trust your instincts on this one and be honest with yourself. Not all relationships are meant to last, while others can stand the test of time. If it’s a timeout you need, then give yourself the time and space to gain clarity. You’ll more than likely be rewarded if you work through your emotions rather than reacting to them.

Leo (23 Jul – 22 Aug)

If you’re single, you’ll be making plans to get a little more serious in settling down this year. You’ve reached a point of feeling discontented with your options, and feeling ready to stop playing along and get down to the real business of monogamy. If you’re in a relationship or married, there are ideas about how to make improvements to ensure a long-lasting union. The bond hasn’t weakened and the love hasn’t fizzled out; you are very much in it together, only you are determined to fix the areas that seem to feel lacklustre between both of you.

Virgo (23 Aug – 22 Sep)

You’ve had your emotional release and now it’s time to move forward, albeit with caution. You’re not about to jump at the first opportunity for love; rather, you’re going to take your time at discovering if the match is a comfortable one. You are going to practice moderation when it comes to putting yourself out there as someone available for a relationship. You aren’t going to shy away from an opportunity for a possible romantic connection but will set a reasonable amount of time to work out if there is a chance of a happily-ever-after. If you’re in a relationship, efforts are made to inject life back into the relationship to rediscover one another; perhaps with activities that you can do as a couple, such as dancing.

Libra (23 Sep – 22 Oct)

Your love life takes an interesting turn this year. You’ve got options, interestingly enough. And you have suitors vying for attention. Tread carefully, though, if you’re planning to juggle your options. It’s important you devise a clear plan of action before things get murky and you lose both opportunities! If you’re in a relationship, temptation may be around if things have reached a plateau with your partner. Looking outside of your relationship isn’t going to be the solution. Instead, work out a plan on how you can get things on track again

Scorpio (23 Oct – 21 Nov)

You have lost interest in the usual methods of finding love and are resorting to out-of-the-box methods to do so instead. The thrill of shifting the start point of a relationship piques your curiosity. Scorpios are well known for their sensuality but you seem to be downplaying that characteristic by toning down the intensity in your approach. Pausing and reflecting will open up a different picture of the dating game. This may just be what you need to find the one who’s right for you. If you’re already in a marriage, there may be thoughts to pause things or step back to take in a different perspective. Whichever direction the relationship takes, the first step in this pausing to reflect on the state of the relationship will be crucial. Decisions should only be made once you’ve had an objective view on things.

Sagittarius (22 Nov – 21 Dec)

It’s not a case of accepting what is being handed to you on a plate anymore. Your self-confidence is in a place where you’re not willing to settle for anything less than what you think you deserve. You haven’t made the best choices in the past, simply because the “imposter syndrome” has plagued your psyche and affected your self-worth. You have crystal-clear vision about who your ideal partner should be and will not stop at settling for anything less. If you’re in a relationship, your partner should get ready for a new and improved “version 2.0” of you. Your self-realisation and removal of self-doubt may be well received by your partner; or it may not be. This will depend on how receptive they are to change. It certainly changes the dynamics. But give it time and you should be on your way to a much healthier relationship.

Capricorn (22 Dec – 19 Jan)

You may have been experiencing loneliness for a while but it doesn’t mean you’re going to jump on the next boat that comes sailing your way. It isn’t really your style – plus, you’ve got better standards than that. You aren’t the type to be taken in by those who offer flattery either. You’re able to see right through that immediately. What excites you, though, is someone who is intellectual and speaks with authority or carries an aura of taking no nonsense. The good news is that such a character does come along. You won’t be feeling like there’s electricity running through you as your eyes lock, and you may not hear fireworks. Instead, it will feel more like a gentle wave that provides calm and a sense of comfort that you have been seeking. The wait will be worth it!

Aquarius (20 Jan – 18 Feb)

Aquarius has a way of willing their ideal partner to life. You don’t just dream about things happening, though it starts that way. If there is something you’re after, you are sure to construct a plan and not give up until you’ve found what you’re looking for. It feels like this is the year your luck shifts for the better in your love life; you could be striking gold in the form of meeting your ideal partner. If you are in a relationship, you’ll be relentless at devising plans and methods to make it the relationship you want. Don’t be too overbearing, however, as this may put your partner off.

Pisces (19 Feb – 20 Mar)

The solution for uncertainty in your relationship is to give your partner space and time. That’s your idea of reinstating harmony in the relationship. But it may not necessarily work this time. There may be a deeper root to the problem than you think. It’s time to get creative in order to achieve the fulfilling relationship that you have always sought. If you’re in search of your love, there may be issues that need to be addressed. Seeking therapy or just opening up to someone about a pattern in your past relationships may just provide the light-bulb moment you’ve been hoping for to put a stop to repeating negative patterns.
