Also known as Ananda Mandala, active consciousness meditation is a powerful, transformational practice that helps to clear blockages, and recharge and awaken inner bliss. You’re warmly invited to join in this circle of peace and transformation at 59B Duxton Road.

In Sanskrit, ananda means “bliss” while mandala means “circle”, a symbol of unity, completeness and eternity.
Using ancient techniques, guided breathing and focused awareness on the body’s seven energy centers (chakras), you will:
- Release stuck emotions, stress and old patterns
- Open and balance energy flow
- Break down blockages to help you receive physical, mental, emotional spiritual well-being
- Awaken your life force and enter into an elevated state of consciousness profound bliss
- Nurture your spiritual well-being and sense of inner wholeness
