For a dreamy date night that’ll have your other half swooning, book a table on 13 and 14 February for their special six-course lunch and dinner menu. Overlooking Orchard Road from floor-to-ceiling windows, the restaurant is famous for its exceptional American cuisine and tableside service from iconic silver carts.
Start your romantic meal with a “love-infused symphony”, an amuse bouche with pan-seared Hokkaido scallop and heart-shaped brioche, before enjoying a pumpkin passion soup and a seafood appetiser featuring smoked salmon, baked oysters and tiger prawns. There’s a selection of entrees to choose from – from signature roasted USDA prime rib beef to “lover’s rendezvous”, a slow-cooked port wine and herb lamb stew, and “romance of the deep sea” with fried red snapper and grilled octopus tentacles. Magical desserts that’ll set hearts racing include cocoa passion mousse and ivory bliss mousse cake.
