This tranquil all-day dining and buffet restaurant is located by the Singapore River and offers an array of indulgent delights at the main island counter, with the Patisserie and Seafood-on-Ice sections taking centre stage. Food Capital regularly curates themed buffet experiences, including the Sakura Serenity Buffet (from 4 March to 31 May this year) that celebrates the elegance of Japanese springtime through refined flavours, seasonal artistry and cultural expression.

Named by Tatler Asia as one of Singapore’s best Indian restaurants, SanSara traverses a rich culinary map – from the fragrant kitchens of Punjab and the spice-laden valleys of Kashmir to the regal traditions of Lucknow and sacred ghats of Benares, each dish is a tribute to a place, a memory and a moment in time. This month sees SanSara host an exclusive “four-hands” collaboration with Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant Rang, from Da Nang, Vietnam (24-28 March).
