6 delicious reasons to go Italian

In the mood for delicious Italian classics with a twist? If sustainable locally sourced ingredients, fresh pasta made daily and hand stretched crisp pizzas are your thing, a visit to Jamie’s Italian Forum or VivoCity will deliver on these counts and more!

Tuck in to the light and delicious Roasted Squash Bruschetta.

1. Great new veggie additions

Tuck into sumptuous new appetisers that include Mushroom Fritti – herby crumbed king oyster and Paris brown mushrooms with homemade garlic mayo, or Roasted Squash Bruschetta, with sweet pumpkin and seasonal greens. Delish.

2. Fantastico new fish dishes

Enjoy amazing sustainable fish in the form of a new Baked King Salmon – ethically sourced salmon with whipped ricotta, roasted vegetables and a zesty, crunchy salad. There’s also a new Spaghetti Vongole with steamed sweet clams, white wine, garlic, chilli, capers, parsley and lemon. Swoon.

3. New cocktails and mocktails

They’ve added nine (yip!) new Italian-inspired cocktails and two thirst-quenching mocktails to their current repertoire of delicious drinks. Be transported to the Amalfi Coast with one sip of the Amalfi Collins, made with elderflower liqueur, limoncello, gin and lemon juice, or finish your meal with a decadent dessert cocktail like the Passionata, made with vodka, Galliano, passion fruit purée and double cream. Best we line our stomachs with some hearty fare beforehand!

Head to Forum, Orchard Road for Jamie’s Arancini – you won’t be disappointed!

4. Forum’s new favourites

Head to Jamie’s Italian Forum for two new (and exclusive) dishes; classic Italian Arancini – deep fried crumb-coated pea and mint rice balls, served with a delicious provolone cheese sauce and an exquisite Beef Short Rib, slow-braised for 24 hours, served with creamy polenta, balsamic beetroots and parsley gremolata.

5. Viva Vivo’s exclusive dishes

VivoCity is showcasing the classic comfort food favourite, Baked Lasagne, made with top-quality beef and seasonal squash, layered between fresh pasta sheets, with homemade tomato sauce and oozy white sauce and, a new addition to their homemade pizza menu, Chilli Freak Pizza, made with a secret chilli sauce that includes jalapeños, parmesan and mint.

6. Hello three-course evening menu!

Now, weekday evenings (excluding Friday’s) just got tastier with a three-course set menu of best-loved favourites, priced at $39.90++ per person. Enjoy Jamie’s Evening Favourites at both Jamie’s Italian VivoCity and Forum, from 6pm, Monday – Thursday.
