Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre

Held in conjunction with Singapore Heritage Festival, When the Storm Comes revisits the way of life during kampong days and Singapore’s initiatives to improve and modernise public housing. The performance aims to ignite curiosity amongst children in Singapore’s housing history, and create a sense of community and solidarity amongst neighbours.
