On the menu: Start off your meal with a celebratory glass of Prosecco or a mocktail, followed by bruschetta for two and a choice between slow-cooked pork belly and roasted vegetables or rustic Sicilian whole lobster broth with pasta. For dessert, indulge in their ‘dessert plank’ of sweet treats including tiramisu, pannacotta, brownie and warm raspberry frangipane.

On the menu: Elegant Italian fine-dining dishes with rich flavours including kingfish tartare with sea urchin, Alaskan king crab leg gratin coated in savoury parsley panure, as well as spaghetti cooked al dente and lightly tossed with Romanesco cabbage and winter black truffle served with blue lobster. Meat lovers will look forward to the tender Iberico pork jaw with onion, potato and drizzled green sauce.
For dessert, diners can tuck into poached pears in red wine with walnut ice cream and gorgonzola, as well as chocolate pastries layered with mixed berries.

Opt for a romantic meal at one of the hotel’s three established restaurants:
Gordon Grill – On the menu: A selection of fine dining dishes including four starters, two mains and two desserts. Delicious-sounding numbers include marinated king crab with caviar and panna cotta, wagyu beef striploin in Borderlaise sauce, and red berry granite with milk jam ice cream.

Couple’s Valentine’s Retreat at Banyan Tree Bintan
Located a convenient 45 minutes away from Singapore by ferry, you’ll spend less time travelling and more time relaxing at the Banyan Tree resort in Bintan. The special romantic passage includes VIP clearance through the Bintan ferry terminal, return land transfer by private car, an 120 minute relaxation massage session as well a private dinner on the beach.
