We might have to celebrate Christmas dinner differently this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun. How about staying at one of the great Singapore hotels for Christmas? There are some exciting promotions for Sentosa staycations at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS); and they’ve also got Christmas dinner and festive takeaways sorted! You’ll even find underwater afternoon teas and meals at a stunning Michelin-star restaurant.
5 Christmas dinner specials
Good food has always been a cornerstone of the holiday season. This year, you’ll be able to enjoy special Christmas dining events at five of the restaurants at RWS. Here’s what you can look forward to this Christmas!
#1 Curate Cucina Pisana
RWS’s newest restaurant, Curate Cucina Pisana, highlights the finest ingredients of Pisa imported from boutique producers. The Christmas dinner menu begins with a Tuscan-style porcini mushroom and chestnut soup with porcini trifolati, croutons and a truffle milk foam. Up next is the Cervo e Castagne – a classic Christmas dish (only available in December!) inspired by a recipe by the Chef de Cuisine’s grandmother. This intriguing venison striploin dish is dressed with a luscious dark cocoa and chianti wine sauce.
#2 Osia Steak and Seafood Grill
The bounties of sea and land take centre stage at Osia Steak and Seafood Grill. The Signature Meat Platter ($188++), is a succulent festive sharing platter for two that features fine cuts of meats. The platter includes grilled Mayura Station wagyu tenderloin and braised wagyu cheek, served alongside crumbed foie gras, black truffle mash, creamy spinach and ox tongue jus. Prefer to stick to seafood? Tuck into the Grilled Seafood Platter ($148++). The dish features delicacies like Boston lobster, king scallops, Abrolhos Island’s octopus and more.
#3 Syun
For an exquisite Japanese meal, Syun offers delightful creations like sweet and spicy seared toro with yuzu karashi-sumiso. This traditional Kaiseki dish features seared tuna with Japanese mustard, white miso, yuzu vinaigrette and a fig reduction drizzled over for a festive touch. The Bakkafrost salmon confit with shiso-wakame salsa is another standout that will excite seafood aficionados.
#4 Feng Shui Inn
Cantonese fine dining restaurant Feng Shui Inn gets into the holiday spirit with its Christmas baked turkey surprise ($68++). The dish is a contemporary take on ‘beggar’s style chicken’. Diners will crack open a flour crust to reveal smoky, fall-off-the-bone turkey richly flavoured with a herbal marinade.
#5 table65
One Michelin-star restaurant table65 is presenting an elevated five-course Christmas dinner that showcases premium ingredients like uni, oyster, Osciétre prestige caviar and more. Menu highlights include drunken chicken with Albufera sauce and winter truffle. Dinner concludes with a visually stunning chocolate balloon that’s cracked open to reveal crunchy speculaas and fresh blackcurrant.

The dish serves up to ten guests and is marinated with in-house spices and served with a savoury turkey gravy and tangy cranberry sauce. The festive tomahawk roast ($268) serves two to three guests and is sure to impress the meat lovers at your gathering!
Keen for something sweet to end the night? Round off your Christmas spread with the ruby chocolate Yule log with raspberry (1kg, $65).
