Adjust your belts. Singapore has not one, but three, upcoming foodie events to revel in.
This festival returns with over 30 world-renowned chefs, including Margot Janse of The Tasting Room (South Africa), Anthony Demetre of Arbutus and Wild Honey (UK), and Jason Atherton of Pollen Street Social (UK) and our own Esquina. Also look out for great Singapore-based chefs like Douglas Tay of OSIA, Christopher Millar of Stellar, Sam Leong of Forest and Gunther Hubrechsen of Gunther’s.
There’ll be complimentary master classes and workshops plus a Gourmet Market where you can to pick up exotic ingredients.

The 17th annual World Gourmet Summit is an extravaganza showcasing foreign and local chefs. This year promises many gourmet events under the themes Artisan and The Art of Dining. Look out for the Edible Fashion Show six-course dinner on 19 April – the first of its kind in Singapore. Contestants from Miss World Singapore will be draped in edible couture creations made of chocolate and sugar and will be adorned with Hearts of Fire diamond jewellery pieces.

The inaugural World Street Food Congress celebrates the street food of the world: from food trucks in America and taco counters in Mexico, to noodle stalls in Bangkok and our very own hawker centres.
Up to 40 street-food masters will offer their fare at the 10-day World Street Food Jamboree, while the WSF Dialogue brings together some of the world’s leading street foodies for a two-day conference.
