Sunset Grigliata at Fico at Tanjong Beach Club Terrace is Veuve Clicquot’s beach-side take on its signature Le Picnic: one long table by the sea, made for sharing.
Arrive from 5 pm for drinks and a welcome reception, then sit down at 6.30pm for a four-course Puglian dinner served family-style. Expect focaccina, fritto misto, fresh pasta, charcoal-grilled octopus and Fico’s tiramisu, with free-flow Veuve Clicquot all evening and a vinyl set from Matty Wainwright as the sun goes down.
