Ignition is part of Feel The Speed, the programme by temper. Wine Room & Lounge for Grand Prix Season. It takes guests on a five-stop culinary journey inspired by iconic Formula 1 destinations.
Co-created by friends of Ebb & Flow Group, it brings together five chefs, each interpreting the flavours, cultures and character of a different circuit with optional wine pairings. The journey begins with the hospitality of Jeddah, moves through the meticulous precision of Suzuka and the multicultural energy of Marina Bay, then travels to the culinary traditions of Monza, before ending with the vibrant spirit of Barcelona.
Complementing the menu is a wine programme curated by Master Sommelier Roberto Durán. Three pairing journeys — Pole Position, Race and Victory Lap — guide guests through five wines selected to accompany each course, progressing from sparkling and white wines to reds and dessert wines. Wines from the Pole Position and Race collections will also be available by the glass.
