Earth in Focus 2026 – Nature Film Festival
5 November - 8 November
Earth in Focus is Singapore’s largest nature film festival, conceived with a clear premise: storytelling, when approached with intent, can influence not just awareness but behaviour, culture and decision-making. It took shape in 2024 with a clear intention: to create a space where storytelling could deepen how we engage with the natural world.
Developed in alignment with Jackson Wild, a global leader in conservation storytelling, Earth in Focus brings together filmmakers, photographers, scientists and cultural voices, creating a space where environmental narratives begin to influence how we think, engage and act.
This year’s programme brings together films, photography and conversations around conservation, climate adaptation and the people working on the frontlines of environmental change. The Last Place on Earth is one of the festival highlights, with several of the activists featured in the film — including Farwiza Farhan, Ulet Ifansasti, Rudi Putra, Panut Hadisiswoyo and Dr Ian Singleton — in Singapore.
Earth in Focus is conceptualised and managed by Wild Space, a conservation organisation which runs educational and hands-on nature and biodiversity programs to inform and educate, so everyone can play a part in conservation. Wild Space was Founded by conservationist Daphne Ong in November 2022. Daphne holds a Masters degree in biodiversity and conservation from University of Leeds. She wishes for the festival to become a beacon of hope for environmental consciousness in the region.
