Bali’s festive season: Two months of celebrations at InterContinental Bali Resort

Le Jardin de Jimbaran at InterContinental Bali Resort unfolds in two chapters. The first, ‘A Festive Prelude – Journey to Le Jardin’, is available until 15 December 2025 and offers immersive dining and cultural experiences across Bella Cucina, KO Restaurant and Sunset Beach Bar & Grill. It’s a lead-in to the main season, when the resort transforms completely.

The second, ‘An Enchanted Festive Season – Le Jardin de Jimbaran’ (December 2025 to January 2026), brings signature events including the Christmas Tree Lighting Soirée on 1 December, Timeless Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Day Brunches, Boxing Day Fun at Planet Trekkers with creative children’s activities, the New Year’s Eve Countdown Gala at the Imperial Grand Ballroom, and a Renewal Brunch by the Sea on 1 January.

Christmas in Bali: Art meets celebration in Jimbaran Bay

The resort’s festive look this year comes from a creative collaboration with Paul Ropp, the Bali-based designer known for vibrant prints and handcrafted details. Alongside the resort’s Christmas tree, his work appears in a custom installation in the Dedari Garden, adding colour and character to the setting.

There’s also a partnership with Dilmah, the Sri Lankan tea brand, which introduces The Art of Tea with Dilmah. It offers a series of pop-ups and tea-infused patisserie available throughout the season.

Festive dining (and wining!) by the sea at InterContinental Bali Resort

Food takes centre stage at the InterContinental Bali Resort at Jimbaran Bay, with special dining experiences to book now. Until 15 December 2025, Bella Cucina hosts Vino in Fiore, a wine-pairing dinner series. Another highlight is The Final Bloom on Friday, 12 December, a sparkling finale with vintage prosecco, white truffle and rosemary-accented creations.

Christmas Day sees relaxed brunches at Bella Cucina and Jimbaran Gardens. On Boxing Day, Planet Trekkers lines up creative holiday workshops for kids. The season peaks on 31 December with Flavours of Farewell: A Night at Le Jardin, a New Year’s Eve gala in The Imperial Grand Ballroom. Expect live music, performances and a countdown under a canopy of lights! On 1 January, The Renewal Brunch at Bella Cucina sets an easy tone for day one of 2026.
