Show your love with a dining experience at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore by Wolfgang Zwiener, Singapore’s only authentic New York steakhouse. From 7 to 14 May 2025, treat Mum to a curated three-course Mother’s Day Set Menu ($148 per person).
Start with a bowl of 12-hour slow-cooked chicken broth with pulled chicken leg and maitake mushrooms. For the main course, take your pick between the 100% USDA Prime Black Angus Filet Mignon, served with pan-fried chat potatoes, poached baby spinach, and red wine sauce, or the Chilean Seabass, paired with smashed chat potatoes, poached baby spinach, and a lemon caper butter sauce. End Mother’s Day on a sweet note with their classic Tiramisu.
You can also raise a toast with an exclusive Mother’s Day cocktail. The refreshing Cabana Crush cocktail ($26) is a tequila-based drink with Watermelon Granita and Agave.
As a special touch, all mothers dining on the set menu will receive a complimentary L’Occitane En Provence gift set (while stocks last), and every table will take home a Polaroid keepsake.

Pan Pacific Singapore for a Mother’s Day lunch or dinner buffet
If there’s ever a time to treat Mum like the queen she is, it’s Mother’s Day. and Pan Pacific Singapore knows exactly how to dial up the love (and the luxury)! From 1 to 11 May 2025, the hotel’s signature restaurant Edge will be serving up a dinner buffet, with a special Saturday lunch on 10 May too. Think Australian black angus prime ribs, crispy pork porchetta, Chef’s special live station serving baked Oysters Rockefeller, chargrilled half-shell scallop with sake butter sauce, and freshly shucked oysters.
If you’re really looking to go all out, Sunday 11 May is the day to book. The Mother’s Day Brunch (from 12pm to 3.30pm) is shaping up to be a proper celebration, with free-flow Taittinger Champagne, a strawberry cake made just for the occasion, and fun extras like a kids’ play area with toys, games and cartoon movie screenings. It’s $158 per adult, or $228 if you’re going for the bottomless bubbles option.
And, if you’re looking for a sweet takeaway or a stylish gift, Pacific Emporium’s limited-edition Mother’s Day Cake ($76.30) has you covered. This treat is made with purple velvet sponge, forest berry compote and lavender buttercream. You can pre-order it from 25 April to 18 May for self-collection from the Deli Counter, or get it delivered via Oddle.

Food Capital for a Mother’s Day brunch
This Mother’s Day in Singapore, treat Mum to a special brunch at Food Capital on 11 May, from 12pm to 3pm. With 18 stations offering dishes from Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore’s signature restaurants, there’s something for everyone.
Enjoy fresh seafood like oysters and snow crab legs, and don’t miss the exclusive Gratinated Boston Lobster with Honey Mango Salsa. For a taste of Asia, try the Singapore Chilli Crab with Pomelo and Crispy Szechuan Bun, or the Wok-fried Mini Lobster in Black Pepper Sauce. End your meal with Japanese Soufflé Pancakes topped with Mixed Berries Compote and Sarawak Pineapple Compote.
As a special Mother’s Day treat, all mums will receive a curated floral diffuser.
Kids will have their own fun menu and a dedicated kids’ corner with a popcorn machine, candy floss, and fun drawing activities. Plus, children aged five and under eat for free!
