After an extensive six-month renovation, the iconic Mandarin Oriental, Singapore has reopened its doors to eager guests. The result, HAUS 65, promises an array of exciting new experiences and events for top-tier guests and club members alike including weekly wine-tasting sessions. Mandala Club’s ethos is led by the idea that great things happen when you surround yourself with great people in great environments. In fact, it was a serendipitous meeting between Ben Jones (Founder and CEO of Mandala Group), Joanna Flint (Chief Commercial Officer of Mandarin Oriental Group) and Philipp Knuepfer (General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore) that led to the inception of this long-term collaboration and the creation of the exclusive new space. HAUS 65, set in the 21st-floor eyrie, was previously Mandarin Oriental’s penthouse.
Curated experiences for oenophiles at HAUS 65 at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore
Mandala Club members along with guests of the upper-tier rooms and suites of the Mandarin Oriental will have exclusive access to HAUS 65. This fabulous new lounge space is co-curated by this private club will provide a second space – beyond the original clubhouse in the Chinatown neighbourhood – for the community to socialise.
Additionally, HAUS 65 will allow the Mandala Club to expand its wine programme in Singapore. This will include hosting oenology-focused events led by esteemed sommeliers and winemakers as well as weekly wine tasting sessions. The space will also be used to expand on the club’s already extensive cultural calendar and feature a greater variety of special musical and culinary events.
Exclusive access to revamped spaces
HAUS 65 isn’t the only exciting new space that members and guests will have access to. As part of the collaboration, Mandala Club members and their families will have access to the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s stunning pool terrace and state-of-the-art gym, both offering gorgeous views of the Marina Bay. Members can also take advantage of Mandala Club’s in-house fitness experts who can lead members and hotel guests through a range of bespoke workouts around the property and its bayside surrounds.
