Fun Christmas events in Singapore to diarise
The Season Aglow at Millenia Walk
(Until 31 December)
Millenia Walk is welcoming the festive season with The Season Aglow, a programme built around art, design and family-friendly activities. The centrepiece is Dreams of Santa Paws, a six-metre neon carousel in the Great Hall created by Singaporean artist Roy Wang and design studio FACTORY, the team behind Meowly. The installation glows in soft neon and features illustrated scenes – including bubble-tea runs and animals under the stars – giving the space a playful, slightly whimsical feel. The carousel operates Thursday to Sunday, while the wider display remains open for browsing throughout the week.

Across the mall, the December calendar is a mix of pop-ups and hands-on workshops. The Sunday Social Market (27 to 30 November) brings over 20 local brands to the South Galleria and alfresco area, alongside drop-in sessions such as Jesmonite crafting and gingerbread-man decorating. Families with younger children can sign up for The Case of the Mysterious Cat, an interactive storytelling trail by Anyhow Play Play on 13 and 14 December, which begins and ends at Santa Paws.
Gift-hunters can stop by Crane Living’s Winter Atelier, running until 31 December, with handmade ornaments, festive ceramics and cocoa-ready mugs. Millenia Walk is also running a tiered festive-spend programme throughout the season, with treats such as Christmas bakes, parking rebates and – for higher tiers – a limited-edition Meowly art collectible designed with Roy Wang.
Christmas at B.P. de Silva
(until 31 December)
B.P. de Silva celebrates the season with a line-up of festive offerings at its Dempsey boutique. Discover new fine jewellery alongside lifestyle gifts, complete with complimentary engraving for a personal touch. Guests can also enjoy exclusive in-store experiences, including a Polaroid Pop-Up for keepsake photos and a corner for creating your own Christmas gift tags.

Adding to the holiday cheer, visitors will be treated to snickerdoodle hot chocolate and candycane chocolate snaps until 31 December.
Located at 14C Dempsey Road, B.P. de Silva is Singapore’s only standalone fine jewellery house – a fifth-generation heritage brand offering thoughtful gifting for the season.
Christmas on A Great Street 2025 (SG60 Edition)
(until early January)
Orchard Road’s annual Christmas light-up appears in soft gold, rose gold and silvery tones this year, with the mascot Merli featured throughout the decorations. There are two Great Christmas Villages operating at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza and Shaw House Urban Plaza, each with rides, games, a Christmas market and photo spots. Look out for snowfall shows at the 14-metre Mastercard tree at 8pm and 9pm nightly, and large-scale outdoor projections at Hilton Singapore Orchard. On 24 December, the Great Christmas Eve Street Party features live performances, food trucks and a midnight countdown.

Christmas Train Show at Gardens by the Bay
(Until 4 January 2026)
The Christmas Train Show returns to the Flower Dome with miniature landscapes and moving model trains travelling through scenes inspired by America, Denmark and Singapore. This year’s edition includes a specially created G-scale SMRT train marking Singapore’s 60th anniversary, passing landmarks such as the Dragon Playground and Supertrees, handcrafted from recycled wood by local artisans. Seasonal plants including poinsettias and Christmas trees add to the display.

Royal Albatross Christmas Cruise
(Until 28 December)
Singapore’s luxury tall ship, the Royal Albatross, transforms into a floating winter setting for the festive season. Cruises offer skyline views, live music and Christmas-themed dining, ranging from four-course and seven-course dinners to a buffet with free-flow drinks. Departures run throughout December.

Trees of the World 2025 at Singapore Botanic Gardens
(Until 4 January)
Native trees across the Singapore Botanic Gardens will be lit from 7pm to midnight, forming an illuminated trail from Tanglin Gate to Bukit Timah Gate. Each tree is decorated by members of the community using handmade, upcycled ornaments, highlighting both creativity and sustainability.
This edition also marks three milestones for the Gardens: 10 years as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 150 years of the Singapore Herbarium and Gardens Library of Botany and Horticulture, and the 30th anniversary of the National Orchid Garden.
