Set along the riverfront, the Father’s Day brunch spread covers everything from seafood on ice – including snow crab legs, New Zealand mussels and sashimi – to Josper-grilled wagyu ribeye, Singapore chilli crab with buns and lobster linguine. Local favourites include Sarawak kolo mee, gulai kambing and ayam masak lemak, alongside live stations.
Save room for desserts! You’ll find pistachio churros, yuzu Basque cheesecake, a soft-baked chocolate cake, made-to-order crepes and more.
As a bonus, Dads dining on the day will receive a framed photo and a wine opener.
The buffet is Halal-certified by MUIS, and children aged 11 and under dine free (one per paying adult). Father’s Day plans still up in the air? Pan Pacific Singapore is lining up a few options this June.
The Father’s Day weekend brunch at Edge (20 and 21 June) is a family-style affair, with a wide-ranging spread covering both international dishes and local favourites and free-flow packages available if you want to mark the occasion. Brunch is priced from $108 per adult (non-alcoholic) up to $168 on Saturday, and $158 per adult (non-alcoholic) up to $228 on Sunday; children (six to 12) from $54.
Pacific Emporium’s Father’s Day afternoon tea is also available across selected dates in June, with a mix of savoury bites and sweets, plus optional champagne. Weekdays are served as a classic three-tier set with a choice of mains, while weekends are buffet-style with chef-led stations and signature dishes. Afternoon tea starts from $68 on weekdays and $78 on weekends, with the option to add a glass of Taittinger Champagne. Children’s pricing is available at $39 on weekends.

Father’s Day Brunch at Allora Ristorante & Bar, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport
Gather round the table and celebrate Dad on 21 June with Allora’s Sunday brunch (12pm to 3pm), as special menus roll out across restaurants for Father’s Day in Singapore.
Seafood lovers can tuck into shellfish platters, lobsters, oysters and more, while Italian comfort dishes include Emilia Lasagna with beef ragout, Eggplant Parmigiana and Polenta Concia with gorgonzola. At the carving station, there’s Beef Ribeye with mustard and fresh herbs, alongside Porchetta with fennel and sausage stuffing.
There’s also an interactive live station, plus dishes like Mediterranean Chicken Shawarma, Parma Ham with traditional Gnocco Fritto, and Snapper Fish Curry with Roti Prata. Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel is putting together a few different ways to celebrate Father’s Day this June, from buffet brunches to Cantonese set menus and chocolate desserts.
At Crossroads Buffet, the Father’s Day Sunday brunch on 21 June is all about going big. The spread features more than 60 selections across live stations, seafood counters, roast carvings and desserts. Highlights include Butter Poached Lobster with Sea Urchin Pasta, Barbeque Glazed Roast Pork Belly and Bacon Steak with Bubble and Squeak, alongside a dedicated Father’s Day Hazelnut Chocolate Entremet. Dads dining at the brunch will also receive a complimentary Negroni cocktail. Father’s Day Brunch is priced at $118 per adult and $42 per child, with free-flow champagne, draught beer and house wine at an additional $68 per person.
Meanwhile, Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant is serving a six-course Cantonese set menu ($118.80 per person for a minimum of two) on 20 and 21 June. The menu includes dishes such as Bird’s Nest Dumpling in Slow-Cooked Bamboo Shoot and Pork Broth, 10-Head South African Abalone with Crispy Sea Cucumber stuffed with Iberico Pork, and Stewed Lobster with Japanese Ramen in Shallot Oil.
Over at Java+, the Hazelnut Chocolate Entremet ($52) has been created especially for Father’s Day, layering hazelnut mousse, chocolate crémeux, crunchy feuilletine and a chocolate glaze.
