Terms & Conditions of Expat Living Readers’ Choice Awards 2025 Prizes:
* Prize draw is open to those living in Singapore only.
* Redemption strictly subject to availability; request for extension of validity period is not allowed.
* Accommodation prize vouchers are not valid on eve of and day of public holidays. Blackout dates apply.
* Prize vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-accumulative, cannot be exchanged wholly or partly for cash or other products and services, and are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. Lost vouchers will not be replaced. Vouchers are for single use only and any unused amount will be forfeited.
* Prize sponsors reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions at any point in time, without prior notice.
* For the Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort, Fiji prize, vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Subject to room availability and excluding holidays. Advance reservations must be made.
* For the Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas prize, voucher is valid for 12 months until 19 December 2025. Advance reservations must be made through email at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Subject to availability and blackout dates apply.
* For the Mangala Estate Boutique Resort prize, voucher is valid for 6 months until 30 June 2025 and extension of validity will not be allowed. Advance reservation for redemption is required. Blackout dates apply i.e. eve of a public holidays, public holidays, school holidays, weekends or festive seasons. Only original vouchers must be presented to be accepted for redemption and it must not be altered or tampered with in any way.
* For the Publico Ristorante & Garden prize, vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue on 1 January 2025. Prior reservations for prize redemption is required and blackout dates apply. Original voucher must be presented upon arrival.
* For the BOUNCE prize, e-vouchers are valid until 31 July 2025 and must bear the official company stamp. Extension of validity is not allowed. Only valid for online booking with the promo codes stated, subject to venue availability, closing period and blackout dates. Promo code is valid for 4 “General Access” and can be used once only. If accompanying children qualify as Junior Jumpers (JJ), booking must be made within JJ timings.
