Working from home has its perks, but things can get boring after a while. Plus, close access to the fridge doesn’t help with the snacking. If you’re feeling restless, sluggish or just missing the gym, sign up for one of these online fitness classes and home workout sessions!

Ultimate Performance (UP) Singapore

UP Singapore is offering live (virtual) fitness classes on its Instagram page, daily from Monday to Friday at 7pm, and weekends at 5pm. No equipment? No problem! Each workout creatively uses items that are commonly found at home, such as a towel, a backpack or a bag of rice. Every Sunday, kick off the upcoming week with a stretching class. The best part? The classes are free! Just head over to the UP Instagram page and follow it for updates.
