Savour the Stellar experience at the city’s highest restaurant with a spectacular city-view, elegant space and progressive Australian gastronomy. With the spectacular city-view, elegant space and progressive Australian gastronomy, the Stellar experience is one to savour over and over again. Here’s five reasons why this is the best seat in town!

Check out the spectacular view!

#1 The highest seat in town

Located at 282 metres Stellar remains Singapore’s highest restaurant with the most spectacular views in town.

#2 A cut above

A first for Singapore, Stellar has its own cattle exclusively produced by Australia’s premier Wagyu farm Tajima. Every month a different cut is featured on the lunch menu, cooked to perfection in the wood fired Josper oven.

#3 Join the club

Stellar has its own ‘lunch club’ where regular clients enjoy special discounts and privileges. Perfect for that corporate entertaining.

#4 Fresh and sustainable

“These days we are more and more interested in healthier eating choices… thus the sourcing of ingredients is so important,” says Chef Millar. Seasonal quality ingredients is always the mantra for Stellar. When it comes to lunch chef Millar prefers a light uncomplicated style, which is perfect for those who prefer a healthier option.

#5 Special treat for ladies

Exclusively for our readers, ladies receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco together with Stellar’s three or four course luncheon menu! To whet your appetite, have a look at the March menu for the delicious dishes on offer.

“I always say that I cook in an ‘Australian way’. To me, this means cooking with an open mind, being inspired by flavours and experiences, always moving forward and coking from the heart.”
– Executive Chef Christopher Millar

Stellar’s delectable three-course ($48) or four-course ($58) set lunch, served every Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm.
