National Day Concert by Gardens by the Bay and Mediacorp

For this year’s Gardens by the Bay and Mediacorp National Day Concert (NDC), audiences will be invited to reflect on that journey through the story of a single seed – planted with hope, nurtured by generations and blossoming into the dreams of tomorrow.
Taking place on 2 August at The Meadow at Gardens by the Bay, NDC 2026 will bring Singaporeans together for an evening of performances by some of the nation’s most beloved and emerging talents, with family-friendly pre-concert activities from 4.30pm ahead of the concert at 7.45pm.
Concert line-up
Hosted by Mediacorp RIA 897’s Fadli Kamsani, Mediacorp 987’s Germaine Tan and multi-hyphenate artiste Saravanan Ayyavoo, the performances for the evening will be presented by:
- eight-year-old performer Muhammad Khalif Khair Abdullah
- songstress Olivia Ong accompanied by the Tampines Primary School Choir
- Urban Drum Crew
- Hady Mirza with opera singer Cherie Tse and the Dunman High String Ensemble and Symphonic Band
- music icon Rahimah Rahim with emerging performer Shak
- singers Rahila Rashun along with Sarah Mae
- Sherman Zhuo and Sharon Shobana in a cross-cultural performance
- singer-songwriter Benjamin Kheng will join young musician Shayne Ko
- pop-rock band 53A
The concert wraps with the full lineup of performers and Olivia in a reprise of Home, before President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Ms Jane Ittogi lead the audience in reciting the National Pledge and singing the National Anthem.
The evening will conclude with a mass singalong of beloved National Day favourites and a spectacular fireworks display over The Meadow.
Pre-concert festivities
Ahead of the concert, the celebrations will kick off from 4.30pm with family-friendly entertainment, interactive experiences and carnival fun for all ages. Visitors can also enjoy complimentary candy floss, popcorn and ice cream.
Join the celebrations on 2 August at The Meadow, Gardens by the Bay. Admission is free, with gates opening at 4.30pm and the concert commencing at 7.45pm.
