About the speakers
Dr Glenn Graves is Director of Counselling Perspective and a psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families navigate anxiety, trauma, stress and relationship challenges. He specialises in evidence-based therapies including EMDR and Neurofeedback, supporting clients in overcoming anxiety, building resilience and improving overall mental wellbeing. Dr Glenn is also a sought-after speaker and lecturer, known for making complex psychological topics practical and accessible for everyday life.
Marissa Nasution is a psychologist who helps individuals, parents, adolescents and couples better understand their emotions, build resilience and navigate life’s challenges. Using evidence-based approaches, she specialises in emotional regulation, conscious parenting and emotional wellbeing. With a background in research psychology and over 15 years as a television presenter, Marissa combines psychological expertise with engaging communication to deliver practical, relatable insights that inspire positive change.
