Made for slow Sundays, Publico’s BBQ brunch features chef-curated monthly rotations that move from backyard BBQ classics to bold smokehouse flavours. Think succulent beef brisket, fresh seafood, glazed salmon, Italian sausages and more, fresh off the grill.
This BBQ Brunch is available on every last Sunday of the month until November 2026.
Top off your experience with two hours of free-flow Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, house wines, and beer at $48, or keep it light with unlimited soft drinks, juices, and Publico milkshakes at $18.
