Little Farms Easter Brunch
Easter brunches call for good company and even better food. Little Farms has both covered with their Easter Roast platter, available on 19 and 20 April, from 11am onwards.
Big enough for two to share, the platter serves up slow-roasted “Roaring Forties Lamb”, infused with rosemary, garlic and cumin, alongside a lemon and thyme whole chicken leg with rich pan gravy.
Named after the strong westerly winds from Antarctica, Roaring Forties Lamb comes from Southern Victoria and Tasmania, where the cool, temperate climate creates the perfect conditions for top-quality lamb.
What’s on the side? Roasted heirloom carrots with hazelnut dukkah, a crisp garden salad, and a golden Yorkshire pudding – because no roast is complete without it! And to sip on? You can add free-flow wine to your Easter brunch (two hours for an extra $45).
