Tell us the story behind Designer’s Lounge.

Designer’s Lounge was born out of our love for timeless style and our desire to introduce Singapore shoppers to a curated selection of international fashion. After the success of our multi-brand boutique Talk of Town, we wanted to create a more refined destination that celebrates contemporary femininity – a place where elegance meets effortless wearability. Tanglin Mall felt like the perfect home, with its cosmopolitan community and sophisticated vibe.

How is it different from Talk of Town?

While Talk of Town focuses on trendy, everyday chic, Designer’s Lounge offers a more elevated experience. Think statement silhouettes, refined fabrics and exclusive collections from European and North American labels. It’s for the woman who appreciates quality craftsmanship and understated luxury, and wants her wardrobe to feel curated rather than seasonal.

From women’s dresses to accessories, what designers and brands can we discover at Designer’s Lounge? Any you’re particularly excited about?

We’re thrilled to showcase a mix of established and emerging brands from Europe and North America. You’ll find beautifully cut dresses for women, luxe separates and accessories from designers who value artistry and detail. Each collection brings something unique, from modern tailoring to feminine sophistication.

What’s your process for curating these fabulous pieces?

We take a very personal approach to curation. Every piece is handpicked with our customers in mind – women who want to feel confident, stylish and comfortable, whether they’re heading to brunch, an event or a weekend getaway. We travel regularly to fashion capitals in Europe and North America, working closely with designers and showrooms to select styles that balance global trends with timeless appeal.

With the festive season right around the corner, what are some cool women’s dresses, fashion items and gifting ideas we can find in-store?

This season is all about thoughtful luxury. From silk blouses and chic party dresses for women to elegant accessories that instantly elevate any outfit, there’s something for everyone. Our selection of statement jewellery and scarves also makes for beautiful, easy-to-love gifts.

We see Designer’s Lounge as more than a boutique – it’s a space that inspires confidence, celebrates individuality and connects people through style. Over time, we hope it becomes a community hub for fashion lovers in Singapore, where every visit feels like a new discovery.
