Coliwoo co-living space in Singapore
Coliwoo is the largest operator of co-living space in Singapore with residences, serviced apartments and hotels in great locations across the city. What sets them apart? Each property comes with varying minimum lease terms, starting from as short as one night – and they have flexible terms. This means you can choose both short- and long-term leases and even extend your stay if needed!
The other benefit of this kind of co-living space in Singapore is the opportunity to connect, network and foster community. For example there are different communal spaces where you can meet others staying in Coliwoo and also regular organised members’ events. These include workshops, social gatherings and themed parties. Here you can create supportive and meaningful relationships, meet like-minded individuals and build your personal or professional network.

A word from Marcelo, a Coliwoo tenant
Why did you decide to try co-living at Coliwoo?
I needed a short-term lease for my three-month stay in Singapore. Traditional apartment rentals weren’t practical due to the duration of my stay, and hotels were too expensive for a longer period. Coliwoo’s co-living space stood out as an affordable choice that catered to my needs.
I also valued having access to facilities like laundry and cooking spaces, which allowed me to manage my daily tasks independently. Additionally, Coliwoo’s location near supermarkets and other stores made it even more convenient.

My room is thoughtfully equipped with everything I need for a comfortable and independent stay. It features a mini-fridge, kitchenette with cooking ware and utensils, and even a mini washer-dryer, all of which are incredibly convenient. The workstation is perfect for work and the large, comfortable bed is a real highlight – especially after a long, exhausting day!
The communal areas are equally impressive. Having a gym right on-site is a huge timesaver, and the pool is definitely a plus with Singapore’s hot weather. These features truly make living here enjoyable and convenient.
What have you enjoyed about the area surrounding your co-living space in Singapore?
Exploring Singapore from my Coliwoo co-living space has been incredibly convenient as the MRT station and bus stop are just a block away. On rainy days, getting around is still hassle-free – taxis can pick you up right from the lobby, so you don’t even have to worry about getting wet.
The area around Coliwoo is vibrant and full of amenities. Several shopping malls nearby offer a wide variety of products to suit any need. There are also plenty of great restaurants and bars, making it easy to enjoy a meal or a night out without traveling far.
