Colour Socks Parade 2025 and Inclusive Sports Fiesta

The Colour Socks Parade returns in 2025, culminating in a one-day Inclusive Sports Fiesta held at One Punggol on 28 June.

As MINDS signature awareness and fundraising campaign, the event champions inclusion and celebrates the abilities of persons with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs).

Inclusive and engaging activities include:

• Champion Quest – a series of accessible, fun sports challenges for all ages and abilities
• Discover handcrafted products from MINDS Craft, treats from MINDS Bakers, and fresh produce from MINDS Farm at the curated marketplace
• Visit the awareness booths for resources or join expert-led health talks for practical wellness tips.
