Spring Blossoms at Gardens by the Bay
16 January - 1 March

Eight life-sized horse lanterns take centre stage at Flower Dome for this year’s Spring Blossoms floral display, marking the Year of the Horse. Handcrafted by Chinese artisans using techniques dating back to the Tang Dynasty, the illuminated horses are set amid plum blossoms, orchids, chrysanthemums and bamboo – the “Four Gentlemen” of Chinese art and philosophy.
Inspired by Ba Jun Tu (Eight Horses), the spirited display symbolises strength, vitality and success, with landscapes drawing on the serene beauty of Jiangnan Gardens. Wander through moon gates, pause at pavilions, and admire seasonal blooms including dahlias and azaleas. Before leaving, visitors can beat the Blooming Drum of Spring for a little extra good fortune.
Time: 9am to 9pm
