The upcoming openings include serviced residences in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Dalian, a new signing in Roppongi, Tokyo, and additions in Putrajaya and Penang. The group says that the developments reflect its strategy to grow in high-potential cities while meeting the rising demand for long-stay accommodation among modern travellers. Each property is designed for flexibility, too, offering business and leisure facilities alike.

The Right Travel Insurance
Picking the right travel insurance for your next trip may sound like an easy task, but when you start looking at your options, the right plan may not be as obvious as it originally seems. To help you find a plan that suits your next trip, the team at Pacific Prime has put together a list of key factors you should look at when comparing your travel insurance options.
#1 Compare medical coverage levels.
Many providers offer basic, intermediate, or comprehensive plans. The level of medical coverage you need will depend on your destination and what activities you’re planning on doing there.
#2 Compare short- versus long-term travel insurance policies.
Some travel insurance policies are designed for shorter trips, some for longer trips. Make sure that you compare plans that are designed for short and long trips since their benefit packages and prices will differ.
#3 Consider auxiliary benefits.
Benefits such as trip cancellation and interruption coverage can sometimes be handy as they compensate for flight changes, but they are not always included in basic travel insurance plans. Be sure to consider these benefits when looking for the right plan, especially if you have a lot of prepaid expenses for your trip.
If you’re looking to insure your travels, you can get free impartial advice by getting in touch with one of Pacific Prime’s expert insurance advisors. Partnering with major global insurance providers, Pacific Prime can provide you with tailored quotes based on your needs and requirements from different providers.
