Top 10 stage shows: What to watch in Singapore, from Othello to Dirty Dancing

With a surprising number of stage shows hitting Singapore this year, we’ve filtered through the listings with the trusty company highlighter and created your guide to the very best shows in the city. As always, there’s something to keep the whole family happy – from children’s plays to classic Shakespeare – in chronological order (because we’re organised like that).

Goldilocks and the Three Bears
About: The tale of this childhood favourite has been told for years, but it’s still going strong. Whether that’s due to the important messages or the cute bears trying to maul a young blonde, we don’t know, but we thoroughly recommend you take the kids along to this entertaining show at the DBS Arts Centre.

This year, director Glen Goei puts a provocative spin on the comic masterpiece by casting an all-male ensemble.
