Artbox Thailand has landed on our shores and we’re beyond stoked! If you haven’t heard already, the popular creative pop-up market will make its debut this month. Held across two weekends at the Marina Bayfront Event space (3pm to 11pm, 14-16 April and 21-23 April), Artbox Singapore is set to be the largest creative market in town. Here’s what you can expect to see at this exciting fair.
#1 Lots of shopping
Save yourself a trip to Bangkok and get your fashion fix at this all-in-one fair.
There will be over 190 fashion booths, including Thai indie brands Madoo Madoo and I Wish. Looking for cool accessories? Phoneticsymbol’s bright and cheery designs will definitely steal your heart. Design aficionados can also look forward to freestanding hammocks by local company Airmocks and original homewares by creative entrepreneurs from Singapore and Thailand.
#2 Street food galore
What’s a flea market without good food? With more than 120 food stalls and food trucks, you definitely won’t go hungry. We’re eyeing the churros from Loco Loco, as well as the Instagrammable liquid nitrogren desserts from Tio Smoke. If you’re thirsty, grab a beer from Chang Beer’s dedicated beer garden.
#3 Live music
Get acquainted with local musicians as they serenade your night away under the fairy lights of Artbox Singapore, or showcase your singing talent during the open mic sessions. There will also be Thai cultural activities like dance performances and cultural music shows happening!
