Every academic year, Chatsworth International School offers a limited number of scholarships for the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Years 12 and 13, on a merit basis. The school scholarship programme was inaugurated in the academic year 2007-08. Since then, nearly 60 diploma scholarships have been awarded. Over the years, the scholarship scheme has been adapted to suit the different needs of their students.
While academic performance is the primary determinant for awarding scholarships, students are also recognised for their contributions at school in sport, artistic endeavour, community service, school spirit and leadership.
Here’s more information on the school scholarship programme:
100% scholarship
The full scholarship is valued at more than S$72,000 (based on a two-year IBDP) in total. It will pay for 100% of a student’s school fees and provide the student with a new Macbook laptop.
For the academic year 2021-22, Chatsworth continues to offer full scholarship to both internal and external applicants. External students currently in Year 11 (Grade 10) are welcome to apply for Chatsworth’s rigorous IBDP on scholarship.
Partial scholarship
Deserving students currently at Chatsworth can also avail of a partial scholarship that covers 25% of the school fees for the IBDP. (The partial scholarship is not available to students who are new to the Chatsworth diploma programme.)
