Prepare to be seduced by flavours your palate has never before tasted. Watch the food artists at work as you perch at the avant-garde bar, watching the creation of amazing dishes with matching cocktails for each dish.

This fine-dining establishment is the brainchild of chef Ryan Clift and cocktail mixologist Mathew Bax, in partnership with Cynthia Chua from Spa Esprit and House. Spirits and spices have been lovingly collected from around the world, while medical instruments surround you, used to ensure exact temperatures for the 65-degree eggs, carbonated grapes, and pressurised vegetables. Some drinks are served in oversized test tubes emanating bubbles and vapours.

The attention to every detail and the passion that goes into these creations ensures an exciting, memorable, albeit expensive evening in the green heart of Dempsey Hill. Choose between tapas or menus of five, ten or fifteen courses. A return visit is guaranteed; you will just have to share this find with a friend.
