Restaurant review: Syun in Resorts World Sentosa

By: Amy Greenburg

Syun
Resorts World Sentosa, 8 Sentosa Gateway | 6577 6688

Festive Walk at Resorts World Sentosa has a new sushi dining spot called Syun. The restaurant is Chef Yamashita’s first culinary posting outside of his home country, Japan, with signature dishes including sea urchin and kuroge wagyu beef roll topped with caviar ($15), and kuroge wagyu beef sukiyaki ($88). Set and seasonal menus are available, along with à la carte items; bento sets are on offer for lunch, and sushi and sashimi for dinner. There’s also a kids’ set meal for $12, which includes a sushi roll, steamed vegetables and yuzu sherbet.
