Price negotiability and flexibility might tighten a bit over this period, but not much. The global economy seems to be affecting higher budgets over $10K as people and companies have reined in their expenditure.

“In sales, private mass-market homes fared better than luxury condos. Chinese nationals made up over 40 percent of the foreign buyers (excluding permanent residents), with Indonesians and Malaysians coming in second and third.

Although the Singapore property market remains strong, with record land sale prices, ongoing foreign interest and low interest rates, the government cooling measures are kicking in. Supply is peaking, so investors are advised to be cautious. Happy hunting!”
